berite PANAS yg da X PANAS


ingat gamba ni lg x?? huahuahuha~ mintak maap le byk2~ brite ni spatotnye jadi brite pns, tp da cool down, bukan stakat suam2 kuku, tp da setaraf dgn kesejukan cuace di trg skang neh.. asik ujan je manjang! mandi pon dicutkan kpd skali sehari sahaje.. (x busuk ye, sbb x bepeluh lasung! haha)

ok2.. back to d pic above.. tau? tau? xtau kan~~ hahaha.. ni adalah salah satu alternatif utk aku trnkan berat bdn la.. (knn nye la~ ade sad story.. isk!).. tp.. hikhikhik.. sepanjang mende ni berada dlm bilik aku, aku smpt gune 2 kali je.. hahahha.. xyah main sorok2, neh, tgk la amende sebnrnye neh~

aku ade buat research skit psl infrared sauna ni seblum aku pakai, ye la kan.. mende2 cmni, xkan main bedal nk pakai je.. nt ntah pape efect die, x pasal2 plak berkurap kulit aku.. eceh~ rerupenye, byk benefit die.. jgn bimbang, aku bentangkan gak kat sini utk tontonan ramai..
